1. Shipping Time: Orders are normally shipped within 1-7 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders may be delayed during Chinese holidays.
2. Brazilian Buyers (Customs): Buyers from Brazil must provide their personal customs clearance number (CPF). This is required by customs, and we cannot ship without it. Please add this information in the "order notes" during checkout or email it to zhangliping@lypiaoyu.com.
3. Shipping Availability: Our store's shipping is not available to all countries. If you are unable to place an order, please contact us to check shipping availability and cost.
4. Unboxing Video Required: Upon receiving a package with intact exterior, you must film an unboxing video showing all items as received. We will not process any claims without the original video as evidence.
5. Post-Sale Communication: If you are unsatisfied with your items, please contact us promptly via email (zhangliping@lypiaoyu.com) or WhatsApp (+86 16653999527). We generally handle after-sales issues for orders placed within the last month. Please note that opening a PayPal dispute without prior communication will result in termination of service.
6. Returns for Quality Issues: If you have an unboxing video proving a quality defect or that we shipped the wrong item, we will offer a refund or reshipment.
7. Returns for Non-Quality Issues: If you purchased the wrong item or wish to return it due to personal preference, you are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the original outbound shipping fee. We do not cover any customs duties incurred during return.
8. Shipping Address: You must provide a complete shipping address, including full name, zip code, and a valid phone number (mobile preferred). We ship only to the address provided. We are not liable for non-delivery or loss due to an incorrect address.
9. Customs Duties & Taxes: While many shipments may be duty-free, buyers in numerous countries (e.g., South Africa, Indonesia, Philippines, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, and other Latin American countries) may be charged import taxes by their local customs. Even countries with low-value duty-free thresholds may impose charges via random inspection. We cannot guarantee whether your shipment will be taxed.
